Essenmacher Family Dental

What are the benefits of single-visit crowns?

dental crowns in Albuquerque, NM | Essenmacher Family DentalYour Time Is Important

If you are like most people today, it seems like life just gets busier and busier, which is why we strive to make dentistry convenient for families in Albuquerque, NM. Dr. Essenmacher is a perfectionist when it comes to treating smiles.

Until the development of in-house ceramic crown fabrication, it took at least two appointments to receive a final crown restoration. Advanced technology like CEREC and other systems use CAD/CAM technology to make it possible to have your final dental crown in a single visit without the wait associated with an outside dental lab.

Here are some benefits of same day crowns:

  • Dr. Essenmacher controls the quality and outcome from start to finish
  • No sticky impressions with digital tooth scanning capabilities
  • Excellent esthetics and durability for long-lasting results
  • No need to wait two weeks for a final crown
  • Eliminates the need for awkward temporaries

You don’t have to compromise on beauty or strength when it comes to same-day crowns in our Albuquerque dental office. We will make sure your ceramic crown fits and functions perfectly and that it complements the appearance of your natural teeth.

Dear valued patients,

As many of you know, in response to the recommendations from the American Dental Association and public health orders in place in New Mexico, we have been seeing patients on an urgent/emergency basis only since March 17. As a practice, our first priority is to put the health and safety of our team and community first.

Because the exact trajectory of this pandemic cannot be anticipated, we are unable to accurately predict when we’ll be able to resume seeing patients for regular dental care.  At this time, public health orders prohibiting elective dental care extend until May 15.  However, we will definitely make an announcement on our website and Facebook when normal hours are resumed. We will also be contacting patients whose appointments were canceled so that we can reschedule.

In the meantime, if you have any questions about an upcoming appointment, or have a concern about your teeth that you’d like to discuss, please do not hesitate to call our office.  We are happy to assist you in any way we can.

While we all watch and wait to see what the coming weeks hold for our nation, I pray for health and peace for all of you and those you love.  I know that together, we will get through this. Take care and God bless. Visit our Facebook page for a message from Dr. Essenmacher.

Best Regards,

Dr. Essenmacher
