What is an All-on-4?

All-on-4 in Albuquerque, NM | Essenmacher Family DentalGet Your Smile Back

If you have missing teeth and are looking for answers in the Northeast Heights area, you will be happy to know that Dr. Lindsay Essenmacher offers a variety of smile-saving solutions to give you your smile back, including All-on-4.

Dental implants are fast becoming the most popular way to replace missing teeth because they are stable, long-lasting, and reliable. For patients missing all of the teeth on their upper or lower arch, replacing every missing tooth with a dental implant can seem daunting.

Get Stability and Comfort

An innovative procedure called All-on-4 provides the stability of dental implants using just four strategically placed implant posts to secure a full arch of teeth in place. Rather than a complete denture, All-on-4 is a minimal profile prosthetic that makes it possible for patients to have full-arch teeth replacement without acrylic covering the entire upper palate.

Another benefit of All-on-4 implants is that it is possible to avoid bone grafting by choosing a bone-dense location and tilting the dental implants to secure them in the most stable part of the jaw.

If you are looking to replace missing teeth or want an alternative to traditional dentures, contact our Northeast Heights dental office to learn more about All-on-4 and other tooth-replacement options that lead to greater freedom and an improved quality of life. At Essenmacher Family Dental, we are dedicated to providing solutions that help you have the smile you deserve.

Dear valued patients,

As many of you know, in response to the recommendations from the American Dental Association and public health orders in place in New Mexico, we have been seeing patients on an urgent/emergency basis only since March 17. As a practice, our first priority is to put the health and safety of our team and community first.

Because the exact trajectory of this pandemic cannot be anticipated, we are unable to accurately predict when we’ll be able to resume seeing patients for regular dental care.  At this time, public health orders prohibiting elective dental care extend until May 15.  However, we will definitely make an announcement on our website and Facebook when normal hours are resumed. We will also be contacting patients whose appointments were canceled so that we can reschedule.

In the meantime, if you have any questions about an upcoming appointment, or have a concern about your teeth that you’d like to discuss, please do not hesitate to call our office.  We are happy to assist you in any way we can.

While we all watch and wait to see what the coming weeks hold for our nation, I pray for health and peace for all of you and those you love.  I know that together, we will get through this. Take care and God bless. Visit our Facebook page for a message from Dr. Essenmacher.

Best Regards,

Dr. Essenmacher
