After completing the lower teeth, this patient decided to fix his upper teeth as well. We used the All-on-4 procedure to completely restore his upper smile with a nice solution that he does not need to take in and out at night, looks great, and doesn't cover his palate!

By treating this patient's upper front six teeth, we were able to totally change the appearance of her smile. These crowns were designed and fabricated right in our office using our state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system.

At Essenmacher Family Dental, we understand the importance of having a smile you're proud of! This patient had old veneers that were too long and the color no longer matched her other teeth. Dr. Essenmacher replaced the two front veneers and the patient was thrilled with the result.

This patient was not happy with the appearance of the crowns on her front 4 teeth. After we finished her treatment, she told us, "I don't know how to thank you. I never even knew they could look this good." It gives us so much joy when we can give a patient confidence in pride in their smile!

Restoring beautiful smiles is one of our favorite things to do! With today's modern metal-free ceramics, we can create a beautiful smile you'll be proud of. Just a few new crowns on this patient's front teeth made all the difference!

This patient was unhappy with the space between her front teeth (called a diastema) and the chipping on the edges. Dr. Essenmacher used crowns on the front two teeth to totally transform the patient's smile!

This patient lost a front tooth due to an accident that caused external resorption, a condition in which the root deteriorates. Dr. Essenmacher used a temporary implant crown to shape the gums to give them the perfect contour for her new implant crown. Please note that the "before" picture has the abutment in place (the piece that is screwed onto the implant and creates a ledge for the crown to be cemented to).

This case shows another nice result from internally bleaching a discolored tooth that had previously undergone root canal treatment.

Dentures can be life changing for a patient who is living with few or no teeth. Dr. Essenmacher is skilled in creating both full and partial dentures, including implant-retained prostheses. (Please note that in this case, the "before" picture is just another shot of the patient's final dentures.)

At Essenmacher Family Dental, our dentistry is always mercury-free. Dr. Essenmacher used a tooth-colored filling to remove decay and improve the aesthetics of this lower tooth.

Beautiful dentures are no accident! This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her old upper denture, and she has never had a lower one. Dr. Essenmacher crafted her a new full set of dentures so she could smile confidently and chew more easily! At Essenmacher Family Dental, we always try in your dentures beforehand to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the appearance and fit before they are processed.

Implants are a wonderful option for patients who are missing one or more teeth. In this case, the before picture shows the custom zirconia abutment, which is what supports the implant crown. The after picture is of the final crown cemented in place.

In this case, Dr. Essenmacher used laser therapy to improve the alignment of the gums on the front teeth. The patient also received a new crown and a tooth-colored filling to repair a chip.

This patient presented to us with a temporary implant bridge that he'd had for many years. It was finally time to make him a permanent bridge! Dr. Essenmacher used a screw-retained design which allows for easy access to the bridge if it ever needs to be removed.

In this case, Dr. Essenmacher used a conservative method of vital internal bleaching to whiten a discolored tooth. No root canal treatment required, and only a small tooth-colored filling was placed on the back of the tooth after treatment.

This patient had some staining around the fillings on her front teeth. With today's composite resin (white filling) materials, we can achieve a very beautiful and natural-looking result!

Bridges can be a very natural-looking option for replacing a missing tooth. This patient had a very old bridge that needed to be replaced due to decay, and the final product gave a definite improvement to his smile!

Sometimes, a tooth can become very discolored over time following root canal treatment. Dr. Essenmacher used internal bleaching to greatly improve the shade of this patient's lower front tooth.
